Dear all,
Is your wanted time slot fully booked? Have you found yourself checking whether someone cancelled their session, so you can take their spot?
This is where the waiting list comes in. Just like a queuing system, the first one in the waiting list will automatically secure him/herself the time slot should anyone cancel a booked session.
How does it work?
When you see a slot marked as Fully Booked, click on the slot. You will be taken to the waiting list manager.
This page will show you all upcoming sessions that would be fully booked at that moment in time. If you enter a waiting list for one or more sessions by clicking on the ENTER button, your request will be listed on top, and the position (a number greater or equal to 1) indicates your place in the queue for that slot.
You can cancel your waiting list request(s) by clicking the ABANDON button.
You can also access your waiting list requests by going to the MY ACCOUNT menu, and selecting MY WAITING LIST REQUESTS.

You can only enter a waiting list if you have an active package with unused sessions.
The normal cancellation policy applies for sessions booked via the waiting list. Hence, if a session is created via the waiting list mechanism just before the cancellation grace period, it could potentially mean you have little time to cancel your session. It is even possible that by the time you receive the confirmation email, it would be too late to cancel.
Thus, when using the Waiting List feature, you are doing so in the understanding that the normal cancellation policy applies.
If you already have a session booked on a given day, and a waiting list session is booked, the original slot and session will be given up, keeping in line with the 1 session per day per client policy.
